Dorm bed guide

Charity has 8 single beds. Other counts below come from the July 2022 numbered bunk-layout diagrams. These are documented physical bed inventories, not approved occupancy limits or a promise of current availability. Confirm your group’s room assignments with the camp.

Diagram subtotals: girls’ dorms 170; boys’ dorms 176; Old Chapel Dorms 74. Adding the owner-confirmed 8 beds in Charity gives 428 documented dorm beds. OCD 2 availability must be confirmed; the total is not a count of bookable beds.

Dorm guests bring their own bedding and toiletries. Pillows, sheets, bedding, and towels are not provided.

Motel room guide

Rooms 1–8 are in the long motel building at Q. Rooms 9 and 10 are in the separate building at H. The newer May 2024 email is used for the room descriptions below; showers are stated for each room type.

Waterfront & creek activities

The floating dock and swim area are marked WF. Wet Willy (R) is directly across the creek. Canoes and kayaks enter the creek at the waterfront and head downstream toward Grace (J); the dashed arrow shows the direction, not a surveyed boating route.

Guest essentials

  • Stop at the camp office on arrival. Gate and arrival instructions are provided privately after booking.

  • There is no pool. Swimming is in Peal Creek during scheduled, lifeguarded periods in designated areas only.

Source notes & items to confirm

Bed counts and older figures +

The July 2022 bed-by-bed diagrams are used instead of rounded March 2022 email estimates. Older email figures were Joy 35, Faith 45, Hope 45, Grace 35, Daniel Upper about 45, Daniel Lower about 50, Abe 45, David 40, OCD 1 40, OCD 2 25, and OCD 3 25. No diagram identifies an OCD 3; OCD 4 may be a rename, but that is unconfirmed.

The March 2022 email reports four bathrooms/showers for Joy, Faith, Hope, Grace, Daniel Upper, Daniel Lower, Abe, and David; two for OCD 1 and two to three for OCD 2. These historical figures should be confirmed for a specific group.

Motel source differences +

The 2022 email describes Room 2 as one full plus two twins, Room 9 as a queen plus couch, and Room 10 as one full. The newer May 2024 email describes Room 2 as one queen plus two twins and Rooms 9/10 as one queen and shower each. A couch is not included as a confirmed current bed.

The May 2024 email’s motel upcharge differs from the August 2023 agreement. Confirm current group motel rates with the camp office; the map does not establish a booking price.

Location and map limitations +

The supplied 2023 letter-keyed map supplies building names and codes. Google Maps north-up aerial imagery was checked on October 20, 2026 and a 1,184.99-foot reference span was measured to calibrate approximate scale. Road, creek, clearing, and visible building relationships were rechecked against Google Maps satellite imagery on October 20, 2026. Footprints are redrawn, not surveyed; trees are decorative woodland symbols. Wooded activity locations use the supplied camp maps and owner corrections and require field confirmation.

“OCD” means Old Chapel Dorms. “Concession Stand” corrects the spelling on the original map. Cafeteria is E. No building capacities, unverified walking routes, property boundary, or fire assembly destination are inferred.
